Ruoff, Principal and Co-Founder Chuck has extensive experience in management, operations, consulting and engineering in a variety of manufacturing, energy systems and headquarters environments. A successful leader and entrepreneur that has spent 26 years in the chemical industry and the last 9 years working with numerous industries as a consultant. With this extensive experience, Chuck capitalizes on his management expertise, pragmatic problem resolutions and human resources skills to achieve results. Prior to founding Creative Science Solutions Inc. in 2000, Chuck led a large multi-functional organization that included R&D operations, diverse and matrix operational management, and engineering services.   Chuck exhibits a straight-forward, competent and honest approach to his leadership actions. He encourages broad thinking, team collaboration and a supportive and responsible management style that enables him to demonstrate these principles and lessons in a coaching and mentoring environment.   With this background, coupled with results in efficiency improvement, cost reduction and personnel development, Chuck is well positioned to share with his clients his approach to teamwork, work product excellence, customer value and results.
